I am pleased with the services rendered today by Mr. Black of Goodall Plumbing. His response time was very quick to provide an estimate, his fee charged was fair, and his repair was thorough and warrantied for 90 days. Mr. Black had a patient and friendly demeanor and was very well spoken explaining the estimate and issue I needed resolved. I am confident in his work and would recommend him to friends and family. I would call on him in the future with any plumbing problem without hesitation. I am glad that I know he is capable and local in the event we need his services again.

Sidney made sure I was a happy customer. Made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier to have found such a great plumber. He's definitely my go-to plumber from now on. Already working on hiring him again. I highly recommend him.

Sidney responded promptly to my inquiry for a plumber in June but I didn't have everything that I needed for the job. When I contacted him two weeks later to schedule an appointment he responded immediately and after his previous appointment he stopped by to assess the job so he was prepared the following day.He was polite and patient every time I changed my mind about a product. He was very nice and purchased all of the items that I had forgotten so he could complete the job. I was beyond pleased with the work he did in the bathroom and the kitchen. I have given his business card to friends and I would definitely use his services again.
