FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly rates are pretty standard for this industry but I find most clients prefer a flat rate where everything is included and you don't have any unpredictable expenses. If you prefer an hourly rate we can discuss during our free initial consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free initial consultation where I learn about your situation and find out how I can make your life easier.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA and a Bachelor's in Finance. I also hold an associate degree in Accounting. I'm a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), which is considered the gold standard and highest payroll certification available. I'm also a Certified Quickbooks Proadvisor for Quickbooks Desktop, Online, Enterprise, and Point of Sale. I also complete annually a minimum of 35 hours of tax education - 20 hours required by the state and 15 required by the IRS to stay up to date on tax law and maintain my tax preparer credentials.
