Jamaal did a great job with filing our taxes. We waited until the last minute and didn’t know where to go or who to go to. And he came through and made it happen. The process was simple for me. I think the only way it would be difficult is if you don’t have a way to scan or are not used to uploading documents. But I thought it was an easy website to navigate.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly rates are pretty standard for this industry but I find most clients prefer a flat rate where everything is included and you don't have any unpredictable expenses. If you prefer an hourly rate we can discuss during our free initial consultation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free initial consultation where I learn about your situation and find out how I can make your life easier.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA and a Bachelor's in Finance. I also hold an associate degree in Accounting.
I'm a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), which is considered the gold standard and highest payroll certification available.
I'm also a Certified Quickbooks Proadvisor for Quickbooks Desktop, Online, Enterprise, and Point of Sale.
I also complete annually a minimum of 35 hours of tax education - 20 hours required by the state and 15 required by the IRS to stay up to date on tax law and maintain my tax preparer credentials.
