Ben is honest, reliable, and direct. When he says he is going to do something, I never have to worry about it getting done. He'll also be very honest with you about what's possible and at what price. There are also numerous examples of Ben going above and beyond. One such example was around my wedding. The week before the wedding, we lost all hot water...We had multiple plumbers over, but no one could find the solve. Two days before the wedding, we were scrambling. I called Ben, and within an hour, we had a plumber over, who fixed the issue and at a fraction of the cost. Ben is also incredibly organized. He pays special attention to detail, which is critical to a successful renovation project. I also really appreciated his years of experience, which have helped him to see around corners, anticipating issues before they happen. I also want to call out how responsive Ben is. I've never had to worry about Ben following up or getting back to me or my wife when we had questions or concerns. I have had a lot of negative experiences with contractors in the past, but Ben and his team have changed that. I now have a contractor for life. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for any level of renovation on their own home, and investment properties.
