I had Omar come to one of my airbnb properties and install a mini split and update my switches and outlets. He came and quoted me for a few days of work. He was clean and worked accordingly room to room leaving everything to my accommodations before moving forward. I did appreciate the little things he did as well, label my panel and take a look at the smoke detectors. His work was worth the price, I’m glad I had him come for the work, I now have him managing the rest of my properties.
