Introduction: I am a "complete" IT professional. I don't just complete the task at hand but if there is something my client can learn from, I try and show them too. I also follow up with a "site summary" report upon leaving. How often does something get repaired, the individual says "ok it's done" but you leave not knowing what was done? I like the individual challenges. Almost every situation is unique, which requires quick thinking to be able to assess a problem, determine a resolution, and carry out a plan to completion.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe my pricing structure is competitive with the industry. I provide complete services. I am also a Managed Service Provider and if you choose to utilize me for on-going support, i place agents on computers for a low monthly fee that allow me to keep tabs on basic computer status and can address certain issues quickly. That's covered in the cost of the agent.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for a new customer is the same i do with all my regular clients. i want you to know what was accomplished while i was there. I will write up a site summary for you detailing the issues we resolved (the how and why) and anything i would encourage you addressing moving forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Microsoft Partner so i have access to their resources. I am also a Carbonite reseller.
