- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe my pricing structure is competitive with the industry. I provide complete services. I am also a Managed Service Provider and if you choose to utilize me for on-going support, i place agents on computers for a low monthly fee that allow me to keep tabs on basic computer status and can address certain issues quickly. That's covered in the cost of the agent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for a new customer is the same i do with all my regular clients. i want you to know what was accomplished while i was there. I will write up a site summary for you detailing the issues we resolved (the how and why) and anything i would encourage you addressing moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Microsoft Partner so i have access to their resources. I am also a Carbonite reseller.
