Merry has been working for me from 2004-2015, doing my bookkeeping and tax preparation, as well as managed my rental property as well as handled all my personal affairs during my deployments (retired navy) over the years. Including – banking affairs, tax organizers and planning, communications with tenants including collections, interview and screening, and credit checks. I have complete trust in Merry and she acted as my POA on all my deployments, and complete authorization on all financial accounts. She is very trust worthy and complete in her responsibilities. As an accountant her bookkeeping was always timely and complete. Since I am now retired and out of the rental business her services are only used for tax preparations, but she will always be a trusted and valued friend. John Straub
