- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Arrive at location of concern at agreed time and date. I like to start on the exterior of structure. Locating entry points, feces, paw prints etc... After a top to bottom 360 has been completed. I like to inspect the attic, crawlspace and interior. Then I will come up with a plan of attack and present it to the owner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- Yes, we take exclusion courses yearly. - We are installers for Bird Barrier, we attend classes at there facility. - We have our yearly trapping license renewal study.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My love for working with animals, most of the time we are outdoors. Meeting new people and gaining there trust.
