Ernesto has worked on a few projects at our house and always performs outstanding work. I like that he sends an “in progress” photo so you can see the work quality before it is recovered with soil.

Absolutely Awesome Experience! Ernesto arrived on the dot (twice), once for the bid and once for the project start. The project was a difficult one on the side of a hill and we requested that he navigate around the plants we wanted to keep vs. the plants we wanted removed. The progress he made was awesome and fast. I kept walking outside to see the progress and was blown away by his speed. On top of that Ernesto (and Luis) followed great direction, were kind and courteous, and left the backyard looking amazing. I would highly recommend Ernesto! He is a young man with a great vision and executes at a high level. It is always good to see people willing to work hard and especially young men with a great work ethic.

Ernesto did an amazing job. Very experienced and easy to work with. My small yard was full of roots from various plants I had removed. They got in there and worked hard to clean the area up, install all new sprinklers and plants, then mulched everything. I would definitely recommend Perez Landscape

Make sure you don't pay this guy unless you are totally happy with his work. I paid him and then realized that he missed a few things that he was supposed to do. When I called and asked him to come back he would not come unless I paid him more money.

It's difficult to work with a contractor like you, they say they know everything but they don't know anything and they also want everything cheap, I just try to do the work as they ask, I can't do the work of other people that you hired and they didn't do it as they should.
