Introduction: Dig Your Diet was created to provide nutritional education. We focus on providing one-on-one consulting with those who have specific needs as well as nutritional classes for groups looking for a healthier life. We are open to anyone who is willing and determined to follow their goals into becoming S.O.U.L.-full eaters! We like to focus on seasonal, organic, unadulterated, and local diets based off of the eating for health model. It is important to not only make recommendations but also provide our clients with the tools they need to continue their progress after our visits. Dig Your Diet wants to see their clients succeed by teaching them eating guidelines and providing them lifestyle recommendations.
