- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
6% of the total selling price of the home is the standard in CA. A percentage of this will go directly towards marketing. International marketing is available. Extensive social media campaigns, extensive online exposure via top paid ads on Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, and additional websites. Professional marketing is included. Professional videography and professional photography are included. We can provide a discount on home staging items and be prepared to recommend staging options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
SELLER: Meet with seller. Provide incredible customer service. Provide a complete report on the homes value. Meet with seller again to discuss terms of contract. Clean up the property, stage the property, take professional videos of the property including aerial shots, and prepare strong marketing. Extensive marketing effort is put forward to get the home sold for top dollar. Real Estate agent will always respond to all requests to purchase. Your Real Estate agent will stay very organized with leads and ensure all leads are called back. All leads are treated as truly interested in buyer and everyone will have an opportunity to have an incredible customer service experience. We service our clients with responsiveness and kindness. Thoroughly care about our clients experience and explain to our client in detail the process before them. We will act on behalf of our clients with professionalism, and be proactive and communicative at all times. STAGING: Preparing the home for staging to sell for top dollar. Provide a complete quote within 72 hours. Visit the property and take pictures. BUYERS: Uncover buyers needs. Help buyer find the most desirable locations that match their own personal style. Walk buyer through the process of obtain their mortgage. Provide buyer with neighborhood analysis reports. Provide suggested purchase terms. Educate the buyer on current market conditions and what to expect. Treat our buyer to a fun, luxury home buying experience.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & MULTIHOUSING EXPERIENCE: 10 Full Years of Property Management Experience for several major apartment companies. Experienced property manager over 4,000 individual units. Direct management experience with single family properties in Orange County and the surrounding area. Wide Range of Property Experience: Ocean Front Luxury. Current and past 5 years. Ocean Front Luxury Renovations. Current and past 3 years. Apartment Communities over 1,400 units. Inland properties from 1 unit to 500 units.
