Our office received little warning of an onsite visit by investors. With the office kitchenette having a badly peeling, painted slab floor that needed updated ASAP. We hired Lewis and the Well Kept Home to install practically next day, about 250 sqft of laminate flooring in the kitchenette. Lewis immediately assessed our space and was able to source an available flooring that would coordinate with our existing decor and work within our budget. His attention to detail despite being rushed was exceptional and he turned out a beautiful, professional installation that added instant value to our work space.

Patched a large hole (~4ft-2ft) in the dry wall. Quickly repaired it, and matched texture. Looks just like new! Wouldn't hesitate to work with again!

Lewis took his time explaining all the different ways to address the issue (old drip system valve) and was very conscientious in his work. He showed up promptly and did the job well, and I'd have no problems calling him again if I needed further help.

Painting over a dark color is time consuming, but Lewis took his time and the end result was perfection. He will definitely be the only person I will have back so I will have "The Well Kept Home"!
