Druzy Financials focus on making outsourced CFO Services accessible and affordable to businesses in all income ranges. All you need to do is to set up a Right-Fit Call so we can customize a growth oriented plan for you!
- Customized Bookkeeping (Tax Planning Focused) Services starts at $400 per month up
- CFO Monthly Strategic Consulting Service starts at $1,250 and up / project, will increase based on complexity
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. For any type of service inquires:
First, we will hop on a 30 minute Right-Fit Call to see if we are a good for each other. One I got a clear idea of your business needs, I will suggest which type of service does your business need. Also, I will offer a free financial analysis for your business which includes bookkeeping audit and Financial assessment.
This assessment will show you what’s going right and what area of your business needs improvement. We will evaluate your current financial operations and provide suggestions to help you save time and money.
2. Bookkeeping service engagement:
Once we signed a bookkeeping contract, we will conduct a kick off meeting to set up your accounts on QBO, and communicate monthly expectation for you as a customer and my duties as an accountant.
Each month, a complete financial performance report will be sent to you and we will be scheduling a meeting to walk over your financial statements. During the monthly service, you can communicate with us anytime for information updates. Building a good relationship is the most important part of outsourcing collaboration.
3. If you also signed up for CFO services:
Our Fractional CFO services provide strategic financial guidance tailored to your business stage and cash flow. Offered on a project basis with flexible frequencies — monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually — we meet you where you are.
Each engagement focuses on your revenue and cash flow goals, helping you evaluate key decisions like equipment purchases, hiring, or investments. We create budgets and forecasts, run scenario analyses, and provide clear insights so you can take action with confidence.
You’ll know what it takes to hit your targets, manage costs, and improve performance. Smart, practical, and results-driven — this is strategic finance for growing businesses.
