  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My pricing is tailored to meet my customer's needs. I can do monthly flat-rate pricing or hourly.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When a customer contacts me I schedule a 30-minute phone interview. This is your opportunity to ask as many questions as you want about my experience and background. Prior to our meeting, I will send a basic needs assessment questionnaire that takes less than five minutes to complete. This will help me understand your needs a bit prior to our call.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have years of real-life experience running a small business and performing all of the bookkeeping and cost accounting myself. I'm currently enrolled in college working towards a degree in accounting.
