Adam responds very quickly, sets an arrival time, gives updates on his arrival time and arrives as scheduled. He worked on the outside condensers of my mini-splits adding refrigerant and quickly had three running exceptionally well. He found one that needed replacement and will replace the entire unit in the next couple of weeks. He specializes in all the major appliances which means he's also the go to tech for a whole range home appliances. If my refrigerator, dryer or dishwasher has a problem I'll call him first. He's very no nonsense about getting the job done correctly and quickly.

Adam was awesome. Another service had quoted $10k and said that replacing my system was the only option. Adam assessed the situation and ended up doing some system upgrades and maintenance for a little over $1k. This business is honest and professional!

Adam was very professional and responsive. We had an issue with our fairly new refrigerator ( just out of warranty of course); error displayed and the ice maker and water dispenser would not work. He troubleshooted, gave us his initial assessment but wanted to make sure he was diagnosing correctly so he reset the error code and kept in touch for the next 24 hours to see when it came back and what triggered it. He was upfront with costs, which were very fair, and after he came back for the repair he still didn’t send final invoice until he knew the issue was resolved. There was also ice build up in the bottom freezer which ended up being a separate issue, that he addressed and fixed at the same time. Adam made sure all our concerns were addressed. I am very satisfied with the service and will definitely use them again. I’d also like to add that when the issue initially came up I did contact LG, the manufacturer, and they referred me to 3 LG certified technicians in my area but after the horrible reviews I found on Yelp and Google I decided I would take my chances elsewhere. So glad I did!
