I’d been without heat for two days. Finally decided to get on Thumbtack to research HVAC repair contractors. Prime HVAC & Appliance Repair was one of the top results with a ton of good reviews. I submitted the service request and saw the following day was available, so I accepted. Almost immediately got a call stating the tech could come out today instead, as he’d just finished another job near me. Adam showed up not too long after that. He quickly got to work and before too long I was starting to warm up. He gently mentioned some problems that would need to be addressed sooner rather than later, but didn’t push hard to try and force me to buy something. I really appreciated that, especially after a prior negative experience with a different HVAC company who told me my system was shot and needed to be replaced to the tune of $15,000 when it was really only a $9 capacitor that needed to be replaced. When the time comes for full replacement, Prime HVAC will be who I call.

I really appreciated the notification prior to arrival which was also very punctual. I also appreciated the communication with Rhay in the office once I made the appointment. Paul, the technician was very pilot and professional and went right to work to identify the issue with our refrigerator. Although the news was not good, the communication and advice were very concise and informative. I would definitely choose Prime HVAC & Appliance Repair in the future if needed.

I have hired them three times for different services. First was to assist with our heater and upgrade a thermostat. They were quick and thorough; they took images and video while in the crawl space to better explain the heater’s output measures and why and what needed to be fixed. Next was to repair our Dryer. The fix was efficient and pricing was reasonable. Shortly after repair the new part they installed failed but they came out quickly and replaced it complimentary. They absolutely stand behind their work. Summer was approaching and decided to have them look at our AC unit and determine if it needed maintenance. It ended up needing some Freon and while they were here they reviewed our ducts to give us some advise about certain rooms having less flow. We asked for a quote for a mini split which came promptly after the appointment. I will continue to call them for all services they offer.

Wonderful experience. Paul arrived on time to assess a problem with my washing machine. The initial attempt at repair was unsuccessful, so they did some additional research and came back to fix the machine. Their estimate was fair. I would hire this company again.
