Guitar Lessons (for adults)
Cameron came to where I was and brought a variety of his guitars to see which one best fit me. He also came to the music store to help me pick out a guitar. All that and he comes to you to teach the lessons. He is very laid back and patient and goes at your pace. Willing to fit a lesson into your schedule.Aug 10, 2016Verified

We've have the pleasure of working with Cameron as a guitar teacher for my daughter for almost a year now. He has been a great educator for a first-time student. His dedication to musical education and patience is just what my young daughter needed. As she has learned, he has had the talent to continue to push her to next level. His passion for music has been both motivating and contagious. She always looks forward to her lessons! If you are brand new to music or want to advance your guitar playing, Cameron is an excellent teacher that I can't recommend enough.Aug 19, 2014

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My sessions last between 1-2 hours. I've found 30-45mins once a week just isn't enough time to work through concepts and material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Get a feel for how you're inspired, your personality, and what you'd like to be able to play! There are so many routes to take with the guitar, it's helpful to narrow it down. If you have no idea, there's plenty of things I can show you and we see what you're most interested in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've been fortunate to study with many great teachers through the university level at SFSU, and play with a diverse range of musicians in many different styles. I want you to have a similar understanding of general music and the guitar in order to create what you'd like with confidence and success.
