- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very transparent about legal costs upfront. I will always let my clients know what I anticipate the legal fees to be from start to finish. When possible, I also offer flat-fee legal services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to have a telephone conversation with a potential client before engaging them. If I believe I am not a good fit or they require another attorney with different expertise, I always try to provide a good referral. Due to COVID-19, most of my client interactions are remote. My office is 100% paperless and everything is available on a cloud server.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated cum laude and in the top 10% of my class at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth School of Law.
