Ray is hands down the Best Window Repair Man in Town! We purchased a rental and the inspector did not report the 12 broken vinyl windows. They wouldn't stay open or worse stay on the frame. The windows were an off-brand, and it was rare that they couldn't be fixed. I was looking at replacing all 12 windows. In preparation, I found Ray on Thumbtack. He answered my call, next day he assess the problem took a day to research and 7 days later, he fixed all 12 windows! He saved me thousands of dollars and made my tenants extremely happy! Ray you're the Best! I definitely will be calling you for all of our window repairs!

Tony did an amazing job with repairing and replacing all the woodwork around my window (see before and after). The window is inside a shower so all the wood was rotten. Tony removed all the wood, repaired with Bondo and then replaced all the the pieces he removed with waterproof PVC moulding and caulked in every area where the materials met. The picture doesn’t do the job justice because I need to paint the window frame. But all those pieces around the window (apron, stool, columns) were fashioned on site with PVC and bespoke to my window. Would work with Tony again without hesitation!

Andy is the best handyman I have seen. He is responsible, perfection-driven, and truly reliable. My work of window repair is quite challenging, requiring him to work from both inside and outside of the house at the height of 2nd floor for extended hours. We found out during the repair that our window frame had been eaten by termites and was way more fragile than we thought. For these unexpected problems, Andy replaced all the frames and addressed every single detail without charging us extra. The completion of the work is beyond expectation and the window is like new. Andy has my highest degree of recommendation for anyone to hire him.

Scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday 5/27. 4. Set up a time for repair 5. He notified me of delays. 6. Arrived and fixed the window. Took him about 45 minutes from arrival to finish. I had excellence experience on thumtack with every pro I've contacted and worked with. This experience was unique. I contact him for a window repair. He agreed to come in for an estimate. After that, it was lack of communicate at the least. He didn't tell me when he would stop by and didn't ask me for my address. I texted him my address one day before the appointment and asked what time he would stop by. He didn't respond. At 12:25, he texted me he was 40 min away. I dropped my lunch and scrambled from my work to my home. When he arrived at 1:10ish. I was in the middle of a short meeting and I asked him to give me 10 mins. My meeting finished around 1:20. and he was nowhere to be found and didn't bother to leave a message. Technically, he didn't come within the time frame 1-3. I gave two stars for that. But the lack of communication is frustrating. I suppose I should've stay home doing nothing but waiting for him to show up.
