- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal is to provide the best value possible. We always work to offer the lowest price we can while still maintaining high quality. Because every project is different, our pricing is flexible and tailored to your needs. During the design process, we look for creative ways to reduce costs without sacrificing the overall look or functionality. This might include adjusting materials, design elements, or layout options to fit your budget. We’ll always be transparent about pricing and work with you to find solutions that deliver the best results at the best price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with an in-home consultation where we take measurements of your space and talk through your vision, style, and budget. We also bring product samples directly to you, so you don’t have to spend time driving around searching for materials you love — we bring the options to your home to make the process easier and more convenient. Once we finalize the design and the contract is signed, we begin the project and keep you informed every step of the way. We provide weekly updates so you always know the progress of your project and what to expect next. Our goal is to make the entire process smooth, transparent, and enjoyable from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring over 20 years of experience in the construction and remodeling industry. Throughout that time, we’ve developed strong expertise in design, customer service, material procurement, and project management. Our experience allows us to guide clients through every step of the process—from planning and design to sourcing the right materials and managing the project efficiently. We’re committed to clear communication, quality workmanship, and making sure every client has such a positive experience that they feel confident giving us a 5-star review once the project is complete.
