I was very happy with my home remodel restoring our 4th bedroom that was converted to a small laundry room years ago. From the estimate to the last day of the job Corey and his Team were so professional and answered ALL of my questions and concerns. They went above and beyond to make sure every inch of the project was quality work. They were always on time and always ready to work until the job got done. JMM Construction did an outstanding job in remodeling my bathroom into a total oasis. It’s now my favorite room in the whole house. Corey is a true professional. He’s super friendly and responsive. He would regularly check-in to make sure everything was going smoothly and according to my expectations. He accommodated my design preferences and provided valuable suggestions for materials, ensuring every detail met the highest standards.
Corey’s team were not only skilled but also courteous and friendly, making the construction process enjoyable. They were very patient with my requests along the way. Their attention to detail, especially with tiling, was exceptional, and they went the extra mile to enhance the design, even without specific requests. They were here pretty much every day (even some weekends) from the day the project started until the end. I never had to call to find out whether someone was showing up that day. They were also respectful of the property and cleaned up after work everyday.

I highly recommend JMM Construction. I reached out to 7 contractors for a full bathroom expansion and remodel (including a tub to shower conversion). Two of the original contractors didn’t follow up past initial contact. One made an appointment to come to our home and didn’t show. Of the remaining 4, JMM was not the lowest bid but was very competitive. Project manager, Corey Manning ultimately was the reason we selected JMM. I had a relatively short timeline to complete the remodel prior to my Mom coming for a visit. Corey understood what I needed and the quality of work I was looking for. I am happy to say JMM didn’t disappoint. In addition to Corey, we had several skilled people throughout the 3-week project and the quality of work from all was top of the line. The crew: Jose, Juan, David, Fidel, Aseah and Angel was reliable and worked long days. Each person did excellent work in their area: demo, plumbing, electrical, tile, painting and finish work. A special shout out to our tiler - Jose. Jose was a true craftsman and perfectionist in laying out and installing the shower floor/walls and bathroom floor. He was able to fulfill my request of making a seamless transition between the bathroom tile and the hallway LPV - adjusting it to the same level so we don’t need a rubber threshold.
Corey and his team were the best contractor I’ve ever hired for a project and I won’t hesitate to hire them in the future.

JMM Remodeling did a beautiful job with my bathroom upgrade. Corey was very communicative and worked well with my building manager (we live in a high rise and have to follow HOA rules). What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be a a problem for many customer if they have not done a remodeling project before or if it’s a last minute emergency and customer is not ready to expend thousand of dollars in something that was not plan. Something to know is that most contractors offer finance know in days, another thing to know is that by the CSLB regulations contractors cannot ask more than 1,000dlls as a deposit and most of contracts are paid in stages, this means 30% beginning of projects and the rest in progress of project. We offer some discounts for military service members

Initial meeting, estimate, contract agreement, schedule start date, work process, final completion, final walkthrough
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a associates in construction manager, done many OSHA courses, Military technical engineering, many military courses in construction, and couple certificates in photovoltaic system.
