We are so glad we worked with King remodeling. Ilan worked with us to help get the most out of our remodel. We had a lot of different ideas going; he was honest when he gave us advice, but still let us craft our dream bathroom. Everything came together so much better than we imagined. A big selling point for us was having all the trades in-house, no random subcontractors coming in and out. His whole team was incredibly professional and polite. Everyone arrived when they said they would and made good use of their time. They even finished ahead of schedule. We would definitely recommend King remodeling.

King Remodeling just competed a remodel of our guest bathroom, and we could not be more pleased. We received bids from 5 contractors but chose King Remodeling because he seemed to best understand our needs/desires, and had numerous photos of recent work that put his finishing touches on display. King Remodeling was also a little more clear as to the details of the final cost, our responsibility in the process, and what they had to offer. From the beginning: Ilan is very involved in the process from providing the estimate, design, choosing the right fixtures, and conducting final inspections at each stage. He actually saved us quite a bit of money by pointing us in the right direction for certain fixtures and final touches. His passion and desire to do the right thing for the customer should not be confused as a "hard-sell". When we had indecisions, Ilan gently provided options and recommendations, but was always willing to go with our choice. The Process: All the workers were very considerate, professional, extremely hard working, and detail oriented from beginning to end. The workmanship is excellent. It is a construction project, so of course there will be dust, but the workers in each phase did their absolute best in keeping it to a minimum. Final results: As stated above, our expectations have been exceeded. As a matter of fact, we are so pleased that we are now going to have King Remodeling do our Master bath, and are excited to begin that process. Without question, he was the right choice. I have no doubt that should we happen to find any problems/defects in the future, it will be resolved with a simple call to Ilan.

We appreciate the finished product done by King Remodeling. We had a large project-Kitchen remodel, new flooring throughout the house, along with two built-in entertainment centers. The men doing the work were professional at all times and Leanne, the Office Manager was always helpful, positive and responsive. There were a number of times that we were concerned about the workmanship. The Good News: All of our concerns were addressed to our satisfaction. We were new to remodeling and didn't always know what to expect. The flooring, the entertainment centers and especially the Kitchen are beautiful! One final comment. We interviewed several contractors. Ilan was the most informative contractor we interviewed. He was confident and direct. We believe he steered us in the right direction each step of the way. We would recommend him and will use him again.

We were out of town for the majority of the remodel and felt very confident leaving the house for the team to come and go as well as received updated check ins on the progress.
