Good contractors are hard to find because are not reliable. But we were lucky when we found LF General Building. Luis was reliable, easy to work with, professional, always got back to me right away if I needed anything, never got irritated, and most importantly he started the job when he said he would, everything was beautifully done, and he finished the job early. My parents needed new floors and needed a lot done to their kitchen. It took around three weeks to get everything we needed finished, and when my mom came back home and saw the place, she cried because she was so happy. I don't have a lot of picture of the finished project, but I did include a couple of pictures while they were still working on the floors. As a real estate investor in the past, I've hired many contractors over the years to build homes for me, and contractors to rehab homes for me. Luis was definitely at the top of the list of the contractors I've enjoyed working with. I highly recommend LF General Building for your project as well.

Do not pass this guy up! The work and value is amazing. I am currently in the middle of renovating a 1600, 4bd 2 ba. We purchased a fixer and the house has been completely stripped from popcorn ceilings and original asbestos floor tiles with carpet on top. Water leaks and termite damage… you name it and we probably had and are in the middle of fixing. Luis has been our go to guy for everything. I haven’t submitted a review until now because I didn’t want anyone to take him away. I have attached a few pictures so you can see his beautiful work. I was afraid to move into this fixer… but seeing everything coming together makes me excited. We are turning a family room into a master suite by adding a third bath and removing a brick fireplace. The job is in process as we are waiting on permits, so I won’t be posting those pictures until it’s complete. Seriously this guy has worked so hard the last few weeks turning this eyesore into a beauty inside. The outside will have to wait but don’t hesitate to contact this guy. Highly recommend!

Luis and his team remodeled our kitchen and we could not be happier. Their work was excellent. They were responsive to all of our questions and concerns. They were careful and neat. We would highly recommend them and plan to use them for any future projects we have.

Luis did an excellent job in helping me visualize and plan my bathroom remodeling project.
