What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take a minimum of 2 Goldwell classes a month and I go to an 8hr Goldwell Seminar every year.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Iv'e always loved doing hair, even when I was a kid. As soon as I finished High School I went straight to Paul Mitchell The School. Then I assisted for a year. After assisting I started training to specialize in cutting and coloring. Now I've been behind the chair since 2006 and I've accomplished so much. I love being a speacialist because I feel confidant in my knowledge and I have the ability to take you to the next level in hair.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I specialize in both Cutting and Coloring. I am a certified Goldwell Trainer. I always customize your color to better suit your haircut. Being a Goldwell Color Educator I feel that I can master anything and everything.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I taught at Paul Mitchell The School on the side while still doing hair. I also teach for Goldwell Color.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always read reviews about that specific person. Reviews say it all.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Im not afraid to do anything. If I know it's not possible then I will not do it or I will find other solutions to work around the desired goal.
