Diana was by far the most professional and thorough service provider I have ever met. She quickly diagnosed the issue with the gas wall heater in my home, explained what needed to be completed, and did not attempt to up-sell or provide any non-essential work. In addition, Diana worked around MY schedule and delivered her services at an exceptional value. I would highly recommend Melody Ventaliation, Heating, and Air. I will continue to use this company for any future projects or repairs!

The installer did a great job replacing my supply ducts. The cost ran over by about 25% even though it took the two days per the original guessedestimate.
