Think Home responded to my request immediately and had a same day appointment which was incredibly appreciative given the recent heat wave. Victor was sent out. He kept me posted on his ETA the whole way through and was a delight to work with. He troubleshooted, fixed, transparent about cost which was very reasonable. I highly recommend
