- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One time payment and you have me for life as a trainer. My goal is for no dogs to end up rehomed, relinquished or euthanized due to behavioral issues and for owners to not have to spend unnecessary amounts of money on training so I am always around to troubleshoot anything that may come up so that no additional money needs to be spent. if I can't troubleshoot it, I come back out free of charge to see what is going on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm a bit different because my lessons are in-your-home and all-inclusive and cover all the fundamentals for a dog's life so that no behavioral problems exist or occur later.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in veterinary technology that gives me more insight to medical and behavioral issues.
