Pet Matters is a small family business, owned and operated by my husband and I. We are both passionate about animals! We are pet parents too and understand how challenging it can be to find someone you trust to care for your furry kids. Cesar and I have been caring for cats and dogs for a long time, fostering, volunteering at shelters and now helping owners through our pet sitting business. We are committed to providing you with the most loving, respectful and trustworthy pet sitting services in San Diego. We are licensed, bonded and insured. We have a clean background check, wonderful references and raving reviews on yelp and google. Pet sitting gives me the opportunity to express my passion for animals, they bring me so much peace and their unconditional love makes me want to be surrounded by them every day of my life. I have a dog myself and I know how hard it is when I have to trust others to care for her. I enjoy sharing that passion with pet owners by offering caring and professional pet sitting services.

Couldn't be happier with Lis! Extremely professional, personable & reliable. She went above & beyond our expectations by bringing toys, treats & taking pictures - we really enjoyed receiving email updates about each visit to our home. Returning from our trip, we found our cat to be happy & it was obvious he received plenty of TLC while we were away. We will absolutely be reserving Pet Matters for all of our future pet sitting needs for both of our dogs & cat. It is clear that her heart is in this business & Lis definitely has a passion for animals. Recommending to friends as well!

Beyond impressed! Lis and Cesar were able to help out with my last minute cat sitting needs. Lis met me at my apt. within 24 hours of my initial request for a consultation. Both cats took to Lis immediately and I had nothing to worry about. Very professional and loved the daily picture updates!

No words to describe how helpful Lis is! My dogs love her. It's a piece of mind to receive pictures of my sweet babies when I am at work. I love that she always make a way to stop by when I ask her with a short notice of time. Thanks Lis for everything you do for my puppies!!!!!

Currently studying to complete Pet Sitters International Certificate in Professional Pet Sitting. I participate annually in the PSI's Pet Sitter World Educational Conference & Expo. By being a active member of Pet Sitter's International I have constant access to a variety of pet related materials that I use constantly to improve my services.
