Miguel and the team did a great job getting our new drywall installed in our closet space. It took a day and a half, 50% less time than what other competitors gave me for timing. The price was 30% less (or more) compared to competitors we got quotes from. The only reason they didn’t get five stars was because I had to clean up the area (paper placed for walking, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc), but I’d take that with the price reduction I got. Can’t recommend Miguel and his team enough. Picture 1 is the before and picture 2 is after!

It’s great to hear that you were happy with the timing and the value compared to other quotes. Regarding the cleanup, I would just like to clarify that the floor protection that was in place had been installed earlier by the demolition crew before we started our work. At Pro-Elite Drywall, we protect and clean the areas where we perform drywall installation and finishing. Because there was already a significant amount of debris from the demolition, some additional cleaning was still needed. During our final walkthrough I also mentioned this, and for transparency I’ve attached a couple of photos taken before we started the project showing the condition of the area at that time.
