Moses was amazingly responsive and considerate of my budget. He was upfront about all of his pricing and costs and when the problem ended up being something more than anticipated, he did not take the opportunity to overcharge me, but worked efficiently to diagnose and fix the issue. For an unexpected repair cost I didn't plan on incurring, he made this a very pleasant experience and I will definitely use him again in the future for all planned repairs and upgrades.
