I hold an engineering degree in software and electrical engineering and I bring that same precision, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail to every project. In addition to full-service project completion, I also offer a hands-on option for homeowners who want to actively participate in their projects. This collaborative approach allows you to work alongside me while learning proper techniques, tools, and best practices—so you gain the confidence and skills to tackle future projects on your own. Price overview: 1. Remote estimates (via Thumbtack or SMS) for straightforward projects - Free 2. On-site estimates for complex repairs and projects - $50, waived if hired. 3. Rate for straightforward projects and general tasks - $75 / hour. 4. Rate for complex repairs and projects including design work - $110 / hour. 5. Rate for hands-on option: $95 / hour (expect about 50% more time to complete project). 6. Per linear foot / square footage pricing for painting, fencing, turf installation, etc.
