- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my jobs on a flat rate. Prices are currently discounted as I start up my business!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually best to hop on a quick phone call so I can ask questions about the job you want completed. For small jobs, I can give you a quote right away. For bigger jobs, I’ll need a day or two. Quotes, scheduling, invoice and receipts are all available online. Once the job is completed, I’ll kindly ask you for a review! 🙏
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley. I’ve worked as a handyman business owner for 4+ years, earning over 400+ reviews at Andre Handyman. Now, I self-study and geek out on electrical with my electrician buddy.
