FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the size and complexity of the electrical work, materials needed, and project timeline. We provide clear, upfront estimates before work begins with no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for larger projects, repeat customers, or bundled services. Emergency or after-hours service may include additional charges, which will always be discussed in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a consultation to understand the customer’s electrical needs, project scope, and timeline. We then schedule an on-site assessment if needed and provide a detailed estimate before any work begins. Once approved, we complete the work safely and efficiently while keeping the customer informed throughout the project. After completion, we review the work with the customer to ensure everything meets expectations and code requirements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our work is performed by a state-licensed electrical contractor, meeting all requirements for licensing, insurance, and compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). We maintain an active California C-10 Electrical Contractor License and stay up to date with continuing education and code changes to ensure all work is completed safely and to current standards.
