- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices depends on what kind of work needs to be done and how long it takes. Also if you refer me for your friend I’ll give discount of 20%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m explaining all work that needs to be done and price. After confirming from customer I’m getting my work done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have diploma as electrical engineer by University and I’m now in process receiving my residential license .
