Our packages range from simple, budget-friendly options to premium, all-inclusive services. We believe in clear communication, so there are no hidden fees. Customization options are available to make your special day uniquely yours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Explore Our Website: Start by visiting our website, where you can browse our carefully crafted packages designed for weddings and smaller events. Each package comes with detailed descriptions to help you find the perfect fit. 2. Select Your Package: Once you've found the package that matches your vision, select it and customize it as needed to suit your unique event. 3. Payment Options: At checkout, you can choose to pay in full or take advantage of flexible payment plans through our trusted third-party financial providers, like Affirm and Klarna. 4. Booking Confirmation: After payment, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all the details of your booking, ensuring everything is set for your big day. You will also get access to your unique Portal. 5. Event Coordination: We’ll work closely with you to finalize the timeline, special requests, and any additional details to make your day seamless. 6. Capture Your Day: On the event day, our professional team will arrive fully prepared to beautifully document every special moment with high-end equipment and an artistic touch. 7. Delivery of Memories: Your photos and videos will be delivered digitally or in physical/Online formats (depending on your Package), such as albums or canvases, within the agreed timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve been creating beautiful memories since 2016, starting out as part of other amazing photography agencies in San Diego. before branching out to form Alphares Photography. With years of experience and formal training in visual arts and film production from Cuyamaca College & Institute, our team knows how to make your big day look as magical as it feels. We love working with High-End Sony equipment. And because we’re always looking to up our game, we stay sharp with workshops, certifications, and hands-on experience at all kinds of events. It’s not just a job for us—it’s a passion!
