- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our team provides a free consultation for every client, as we believe in getting to know you better. We strive to create an unforgettable experience that is more than just taking photos. We want to be a part of your inside jokes, understand what motivates you, and maybe even recommend a great coffee shop (I'm a coffee addict!). Following this, we schedule a phone/zoom call to discuss our various packages and customize them to meet your specific needs, including pricing, time, prints, and wardrobe. Finally, we arrive and ensure that you have a great time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent about five years working with cameras, but my passion for "Time-Travelling" has been a lifelong pursuit. My experience comes entirely from real-world work, and I have been fortunate enough to work in diverse locations such as the House of Blues, various wedding venues, underprivileged schools, generational family homes, courthouses, beaches, and studios. My work with artists, children, lawyers, and couples has taught me what is most important in running a successful business: creating a smooth, worry-free experience that will make you smile everytime our art is seen!
