I recently had a small bathroom renovation done by Golden Shore Design & Build, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had previously done a partial renovation to the bathroom but was not completely happy with the results, so it was important to me that going through a full bathroom renovation this time around would get me the results that I envisioned. I met with several contractors prior to making the decision to go with Golden Shore Design & Build. In meeting with the Project Manager, Petra, during the initial consultation to discuss costs/budget and after reviewing photos of their previous work, I decided they matched what I was looking for. From the start, I felt that Petra was honest and set realistic expectations about the process, which I really appreciated. I also appreciated that Golden Shore held my hand throughout the process, with Petra recommending tile vendors, accompanying me to look at materials, and picking up materials (thanks to her husband, Alex). Although I chose not to purchase materials from the recommended vendors, it was very helpful in the decision making process to be able to compare. Although the construction process had a few challenges (what construction doesn’t?) working with the HOA and plumbing work, Petra was communicative throughout and mitigated any problems that came up. Petra’s attention to detail ensured that everything ran smoothly, coordinating with the various contractors and ensuring the project stayed on schedule. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, Petra was there every step of the way, providing her professional expertise, guidance and support. The team was also incredibly professional and attentive to detail, ensuring that every aspect was executed to perfection. Their work is outstanding and they were able to transform my outdated bathroom into a stylish and modern space! Overall, I highly recommend Golden Shore Design & Build for any bathroom renovation project – they exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely work with them again and trust they would do a fantastic job.

We had a small project of installing wall unit a/c in the bedrooms of an apartment building. Alex came out to the site and we made a clear plan for how to do it simply and inexpensively. The installers came on time and finished the job quickly on the same day. Great experience!

We hired Golden Shore Design and Build for bathroom addition to the main house and detached 2-bedroom 1-bathroom ADU. The whole crew was professional, worked well together as a team and committed to the project from start to finish. There was good work consistency and communication. The team addressed every question/concern we had, did extra effort and work to accommodate changes and corrections to the existing plans which resulted to a beautiful master bath and detached ADU. Another plus: Alex and his team’s re-assurance for continued commitment to address any future questions/issues even after the project is completed. That’s a peace of mind for us! We did two projects with golden shore
First one was an ADU
In the back of our property
It wasn’t easy because of the location w head to built it on
But I have to say the the Comapny did a great job dealing with all the difficulties and each time provided a logical solution for the problem
The second project was a full remodel to our existing home
We love it
