My website designer introduced me to Tragic Media. I'm pretty easy-going but very strong in my likes and dislikes. I'm a photographer so it's all about the photos for me. Rich was great in being very upfront about what would work better and what wouldn't work as well and getting my site where I wanted it to be. They gave me a proposal and stayed within budget. There was an odd design element that caused them a little trouble but they figured out how to execute it. They continued working with me after the site was up making tweaks that I wanted. After starting my blog I changed my mind about how I wanted the photos to show and they presented me with options and executed the one that I wanted. After about a year I changed out most of the content with their help. All in all a very good experience.

We do not offer 'website packages'. Our work focuses on creating custom websites and applications for our clients. As a result, we structure our prices specific to the needs and functionality required for each project. This allows us to offer the lowest price for the most design and customization possible.
