FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing follows typical professional installation rates in Southern California. We focus on fair, competitive and budget-friendly pricing without unnecessary markups. Pricing depends on the size of the project, wall condition, and the type of wallpaper being installed. Some wallpapers require additional preparation or specialized installation techniques. To provide an accurate estimate, we usually ask clients to send photos or a short video of the walls, along with the wallpaper brand or product link. There are no hidden fees. If wall preparation (such as skim coating or priming) is needed, we always explain it in advance so you know exactly what to expect. Our goal is simple: clear pricing, professional work, and a result that looks perfect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and designed to make the project clear from the beginning. First, we ask clients to send: • Photos of all walls where wallpaper will be installed • Information about the wallpaper (a product link, brand name, or installation instructions if available) • A close-up photo of the wall surface so we can understand its condition If you would like help calculating how many rolls of wallpaper to order, we will also need the wall measurements. For larger projects with multiple rooms or complex layouts, we can schedule an on-site visit to measure everything and provide a detailed estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background comes from hands-on experience in construction and interior finishing. I worked for more than five years in a construction company where I was involved in a wide range of renovation projects, including wall preparation, painting, and wallpaper installation. Over the years I have continued to develop my skills through professional training, industry workshops, and educational resources related to wallcovering installation. I regularly follow training materials and professional guidelines shared by organizations such as the Wallcovering Installers Association (WIA), the main professional organization dedicated to wallpaper installers. I also stay up to date with new materials, tools, and installation techniques by attending industry events, workshops, and trade shows whenever possible. This combination of real job-site experience and continuous professional development allows me to deliver precise, high-quality wallpaper installations in both residential and commercial spaces.
