- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am currently offering a discount that includes free paint. Up to $500 value. This is not a gimmick. Generating work is expensive. I would rather offer part of the money it costs to market to get clients, as a benefit and a creative solution that benefits us both. If you already have the paint I will credit you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What I love about painting is that it is totally customizable to the client. Everybody's situation is unique. You may need to paint a space because you are fixing damage, renting out an investment property, moving in/out, moving in to a temporary or dream home. Your needs will be different as well as your budget. We will work on the best option for you and customize the scope to achieve YOUR desired outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a California State B License to handle just about any aspect of building repairs, but our focus is on helping you repair and maintain your existing spaces.
