Chris is super pleasant and fixed my doors with no problem. We’ve been fighting with 2 doors in my house for a year now and Chris was able to fix both in a super reasonable time frame (one needed to be removed from the hinges and sanded down). I was watching him work for a bit and he explained everything he was doing and why, and gave me a few options as to how to best fix our issue. Would hire again for future projects!!!

Every estimate is itemized, so you see exactly what you're paying for: demo, waterproofing, tile, fixtures, permits. Per California law, the deposit is never more than $1,000 or 10% of the contract, whichever is less, with payments tied to completed work. Free in-home estimates, and financing is available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free in-home visit to measure and talk through what you want. You get a clear, itemized quote. Once scope is set, we handle plans and permit submission where needed, schedule the work, protect your home during construction, and do a final walkthrough with you. Every job carries a 5-year workmanship warranty, plus a free one-year caulk and seal checkup.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a CSLB B-2 Residential Remodeling license (#1154325) and carry general liability insurance. I have been involved in different areas of construction since 2015.
