The customer should know my hourly cost is what I base my estimate on,how many hour I predict it will take me to complete the job. Also if its a project that the customer wants me supple materials and has a budget for everything included.I always have found a way to be within that budget and get the job done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat all my clients with the same respect and trust that is given to me.I am a good listener and am able to follow directions well.I get to work right away and do my best to complete every job to the customers satisfaction.I usaully don't ask for a down payment because the jobs usaully don't extend past a day or two and when completed I am to be paid in full.
