Tim and his group did excellent work! Tim is professional efficient and super nice! He finished my project in 2 days with no issues. He just came back for finishing the stairs nose that I couldn’t provide in time. He did that with no fuss even though he is very busy. Tim was excellent. He worked hard to get things worked out very clean and faster making room for my other contractors at home. He was very flexible and punctual. He made my floorinstallation the top priority even with some personal issues creeping in and never had those impact his job. Very focused and very affordable. Tim is knowledgeable, honest, reliable and has great prices. His team put laminate throughout my upstairs and the stairway. It turned out beautiful! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a home owner looking for bids, its best to put as much detail into the scope of the project as possible. The more info we have, the more accurate the project can be bid. I always try to keep my prices as competitive as possible and never try to nickel and dime clients. I love to walk jobs and be as transparent as possible about the process and expectations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always walk the job with a homeowner and discuss the scope of work and prices. We find a time that works for both them and myself and also talk about time lines for completion. After all work is completed and the job has been inspected to satisfaction, and invoice is then submitted.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started flooring because of my younger brother. I found so much more positive in the experience, and kept with for the last 10 years. Now I couldn't see myself doing anything else.
