My approach is based on nourishing food, movement, time outside, breathing, rest, community, and emotional awareness. I stand out from the rest by giving you realistic recommendations tailored to you (that will actually fit into your life). My philosophy is based on wise, time-tested principles, not overnight tricks that leave you feeling like you're on a diet or lifestyle roller coaster.
