Steaven provided an accurate quote. He was able to begin on my job immediately. He made my life much easier. He was able to pick up all the materials for the job. He replaced the flooring, the toilet, and the blinds of the property. He was also a good communicator and he started and finished the job as he predicted.

We were very happy with Fras V's work. He went out of his way to make sure it was exactly what we wanted and we would highly recommend him to other people.
Everything worked out great with Rosa and Francisco cleaning our office space. We have a 1000 sq. ft office and they did a great job with basic cleaning: vacuuming, dusting, window cleaning, cleaning the kitchenette and removing garbage. I highly recommend.
