I hired Royal Design & Bath for my master bathroom renovation, and I truly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Gabi (project manager) and Lavi (owner) were exceptional. They were incredibly attentive, responsive, and on top of every detail throughout the entire process.
After a previous bad experience, I was especially concerned about timelines, but they delivered exactly as promised and completed the project within the same week they originally quoted. The estimate remained consistent, only changing when I personally chose to add upgrades, which I really appreciated.
The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the final result exceeded anything I could have imagined. My bathroom feels like a luxury resort, and I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. If you’re looking for a team that is honest, reliable, and truly cares about their work, I highly recommend Royal Design & Bath.

Kitchen renovation in San Diego came out amazing. Lavi handled everything — permits, inspections, you name it. We barely lifted a finger. It was smooth from start to finish and looks amazing.

We can’t say enough great things about our experience. We have had terrible experiences with construction. But this experience renewed our faith in the process! The attention to detail and customer service are unmatched. We had a water leak that resulted in a lot of damage to an already dated set of bathrooms. Since the work started Lavi has seen us through all of the phases and we’re now working on an additional project because of their absolutely refreshing professionalism and superior work. Ramon was also very dedicated on the construction side as well, always willing to revisit details of the project after communicating with us and having Lavi translate it in layman’s terms! They are truly a dynamic duo and I can’t wait to do more projects with them. More updates and pictures to follow….

Shirly led our kitchen remodel in El Cajon and brought style, efficiency, and creativity into the space. We cook every day now because it’s such a joy to be in our new kitchen. Thank you!

Royalty Design and Build did a kitchen and two bathrooms in our San Diego home, and we are thrilled with the outcome. Lavi was detailed, communicative, and made the process feel effortless on our side.
