- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide competitive prices across most of our services. Also we can price match when comparing the same scope of work. you can come with the estimate and we can see how we can match it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we identify the customer need, we make sure we can do the job. Then we explain the solution and provide an estimate. Once the estimate is approved, we sign a contract and schedule a start day. The final payment is not collected until the customer is completely satisfied.
