I have 12 years of business development experience, working as an account manager in both Los Angeles and New York on 2 of the most competitive markets for a top 5 Fortune 500 Company in the Medical Industry. As a Medical Sales Account Manager, I pioneered my territory from $0- $1.5M in 3 years and built it to $1.8M in 5 years. I then moved to NY to pioneer the Manhattan Territory for 1.5 years and determined my calling was coaching. While working as an Account Manager, I was heavily involved in training rookies as well as being an integral part of the training curriculum and working directly on the field with reps.
After a successful career in sales, I realized my true passion was training and coaching others to be successful. It is here where I began getting hired for business consultant projects to help train sales forces.
For the past 4 years, I have been working with personal clients (many entrepreneurs or wanting to ditch their job to be an entrepreneur) in a variety of fields with various roles to consult and support their professional growth in business development and marketing.
Coupled with my experience and expertise in business and business development, I have been a student of advanced transformational leadership training for over 10 years.
Through this work, a student for life, I have incorporated mindset and the emotional intelligence component this has been able to support my clients on a deeper more meaningful level borne personally and professionally. In addition, I am passionate about health and well versed in nutrition and fitness and incorporate many health practices into my coaching as to get the mind and body working in alignment optimally.
