I requested contact from B-Safe Locksmith. I received a response quickly saying he would call in a few minutes. He called and asked what was going on. I described the problem. He asked when I wanted the job done. I replied right away. He was finishing another job but was nearby and could be here in 15 minutes. I agreed. He arrived promptly. I showed him the broken door knob and lock. He knew the problem and explained the options. I chose to replace the door knob and lock and rekey them. He quoted me a fair price and I agreed. He took a few minutes to rekey and then quickly switched out the hardware. I tried the new knob and key and they worked perfectly. He was in and out in a few minutes. Samuel was polite, pleasant and professional. He cleaned up the old hardware and disposed of it. I was very pleased with the service he provided. I will be happy to use him again.

Man I got so lucky getting Sam! He’s the best! He was so knowledgeable and also took great care of me. He wanted me to make sure he understood my needs, and looked at every lock in my new home and provided strong recommendations!

He was also very kind, and personable. People like this go far because the customers feel heard and taken care of and it’s not just a transaction.
