Had a great experience with B-Safe Locksmith. Ori, the technician, was very professional, informative, and easy to work with. I really appreciated that they’re local. Even though it wasn’t an emergency, he offered to come the same day to check the lock. He quickly fixed the issue and even did a free inspection and maintenance on the rest of the locks. I had an excellent experience with Samuel. I had a drawer that was completely stuck and locked, and I couldn’t open it at all. I had a great experience with B-Safe Locksmith. I scheduled the appointment through the app, and they arrived in less than 30 minutes, which was very convenient. The technician, Samuel, was very professional and took the time to clearly explain everything about my locks. I really appreciated his honesty he suggested that I didn’t need to replace anything and that rekeying would be enough. He rekeyed two locks and even provided spare keys.
