- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to the customer’s needs, whether it’s a lockout, rekey, or installation. Then I give a clear price upfront with no hidden fees. Once approved, I complete the work efficiently and double-check everything before leaving to make sure the customer is fully satisfied
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed locksmith and have completed professional training in lock installation, rekeying, automotive keys, and electronic locks. I also stay updated with the latest tools and techniques to handle new security technology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands and solving problems. After training and getting licensed, I started SK Locksmith to provide fast, honest, and professional service for people in San Diego who need help with locks, keys, and security
