On time. Easy to book appointment, answers any concerns you have. Bathed and cut my pup right outside my house, my dog came back happy looking exactly how we wanted. We will always come to the fur gala from now on!

Truly appreciate the service Fur Gala / Jennifer provided. She did a great job with all 3 of our dogs, and was so patient especially with our youngest who is a husky and hates when anyone holds her paw for any length of time. Thank you Jennifer!
